Story 1 follows twin wellies Ollie & Ellie and their wellie friends on an outdoor adventure
in Wellington-by-the-Bay, home of the Twellie Wellies.
Encouraging time away from screens, children enjoy an imaginative 'Wellie Eye View' of the world, including hidden wellies in the illustrations, a surprise flap and a map of Wellington-by-the-Bay.

About the Authors & Illustrator
LISA ESPOSITO
Lisa is the creator of 'The Wonderful World of Wellies'. From scribbles on the back of a leaflet in 2011 to publishing a full picture book in 2022, Lisa is the author of Ollie & Ellie's Outdoor Adventures.
Lisa was a teacher at primary schools for over 30 years before setting up a successful private tutoring business in Dorset & Hampshire in 2011. Lisa has always enjoyed working with children and creating artwork with them.
WARREN GLYNN
Warren is the co-author of 'The Wonderful World of Wellies', helping Lisa write the stories of Ollie & Ellie's Outdoor Adventures.
Warren is the Sports Journalist for BBC Channel Islands. He hosts a Saturday afternoon sports show on the radio and also gets to strut his stuff on TV!
Warren has worked at the Olympic Games in Tokyo and Beijing as well as covering the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
CLAIRE KITCHER
Claire is the wonderful woman who brings 'The Wonderful World of Wellies' to life as our lovely, talented illustrator.
Claire has been a professional artist for over 30 years, painting in various mediums. 'The Wonderful World of Wellies' saw Claire use digital art to create Ollie & Ellie's Outdoor Adventures.
Claire takes her inspiration from the New Forest, surrounding herself with the inspiring woodlands and coastal views.
